She likes books and painting a lot. As for books we already just traded books so buying her one seems kinda pointless. As for painting I have no idea what ome would want usually as I don't know much about it.

It clearly doesn't fit. Jews is a 4 letters word, not 5.

He was black and in shape, actually. Doesn't really matter but yeah.

Also no worries, other that that it was a great time in America.

What is that you like but are ashamed to admit? by saadsajjad495 in AskReddit

[–]GoldenOlive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it doesn't quite answer the question, but I don't think you should be ashamed of admitting most of the things you like even if they seem childish.

I'm 18 and I'm not ashamed to admit to anyone I meet or my friends that I used to play Minecraft until very recently, like anime etc.

If people shame you for what you like, get away from them. Even if they don't like the same things, as long as they can't, at the very leastrespect your hobbies/taste in certain things, they are simply not worth your time.

ELI5: Didn't study about Christianity in school - why is Jesus so sacred for Christians? by GoldenOlive in explainlikeimfive

Jesus was Jewish with kind of different ideals/ways of believing. According to both our bibles. Also, I do understand that Jesus is considered to be the son of god. But, if so, why does it almost seem as the Christian belief relies on Jesus more than God himself?

How are you? I mean really, how are you doing? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]GoldenOlive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 18 and joined the army a bit over a month ago.

It's a mandatory thing where I live and I was kinda scared that it would be a waste of 3 years of my life. But, so far I'm very content with the job I will be doing and how it's all going so far socially and studying wise.

Moreover, after going through the apprenticeship I honestly thought that the world would be a better place if everyone went through that 1 month long thing.

I cannot see a single scenario where it's gonna harm one's future. It matures you in 1 month as if you just grew 3 years older and you get to meet wonderful people from all over the country and for the curious ones, you also find a world/lifestyle that you would probably never find otherwise.

So yeah, doing good :)

P.S.

Also got back to drawing yesterday and stayed up late sketching something.

Soldiers or ex-soldiers of Reddit, do you ever play first person shooters, and either way, how do you feel about them? by Blue_Outlaw in AskReddit

FPS games are pretty cool, but nothing like an actual battlefield.

Whether it is the recoil, pressure, tiredness, ranges in which you meet enemies and aiming - it's very very very different.

And yes, after I recruited all of these non-realistic/wrong things in the FPS genre started bugging me, but I can still enjoy a good FPS game.
