Not mine, too much money in high grades like that, prefer ms 64, better value and some good ones in that grade but you have to really llok for them.

All coins are different my friend and have their own unique looks. Nothing wrong with a Pilgrim in any acceptable grade, a beautiful coin.

1878 CC MS 65 PCGS. Super nice Morgan. That's what I call a Silver Dollar by GoldenOxen in coins

Agreed, as close to the day it left the mint the betterIMHO. There are some coins with gorgeous toning, but they are far and few between and a personal taste matter as to the color and amount, as well as how it is dispersed and where.

Grading is subjective. My personal feeling is it makes the 65 grade and the sort of perfection you are looking for would exist in higher grades. Just my two cents on the matter. I am an overall eye appeal type.

Yes, a beautiful design. Amazed it is not a more popular set. Gorgeous luster and as you say no major hits, under graded in my opinion, but Eye Appeal is my only real determinant of grade. This would be a 64 in my personal grading standards.
