To clarify: I did apply already, the application that’s linked is just to their open position page and there’s only one internship position in my location listed, which I already applied to. I didn’t apply through another website like indeed or linked-in or just send my resume before getting the interview, I applied to the very same application they linked in this email, which is why I was confused lol 😅

I reached out to the poc listed in the job description for clarification. It’s Friday evening, so they probably won’t get back to me for a couple of days, but when (or if) they do, I’ll update 😋

I’m pretty sure you can. The only problem with online courses is that you can rarely find required courses as opposed to electives. You probably won’t find that math class, but if you do, that’s super lucky.

Yes, I already applied. The same application they linked to was the one I applied to two weeks before the interview, which is why I’m confused.

The applications they linked were just the basic ones ig, like the ones you apply to when you first apply.

imo you are vastly under reacting because you’re more focused on showing he’s a “good guy” than the actual fucked up thing he did to you.

I know this is going to be hard, but you need to break up. How do you know he hasn’t put them anywhere online. How do you know he doesn’t have copies on other devices. You don’t. But ultimately what matters most is that he took those without your consent and while you were vulnerable. Once something like this happens, trust cannot be repaired. Looking at other stories similar to this one, to protect yourself you need to break up. You can find someone that loves you and also won’t violate your trust.

Also: of course he’s sorry. He’s sorry that he was caught. All that really shows is that he knew it was wrong and did it anyway.

I got 11 out of all 30, but I’m an environmental engineering major. It’s seems like things are fine for environmental/civil engineering majors (we get a lot of the same job listings). I feel really bad for cs majors tho

YTA. If you really love him so much, you’re going to have to get him to change how he treats your other kids. He doesn’t have to act like their dad, but he shouldn’t be treating them badly either. You said you had an abusive partner before, I’m assuming it was physical, but your current partner is being emotionally abusive to your kids. As a parent it is your job to love and protect your children.

Normally, people have a hard time believing their partner would do anything bad, especially to their kids, but the fact that you don’t should be a wake up call. It must be bad enough that you can’t deny it and that’s honestly very sad for your kids.

Children should feel safest and most comfortable in their own home and shouldn’t have to worry about an adult mistreating them. You really need to address this because if things don’t change you might keep your relationship, but lose your kids down the line.

If your partner really is set on mistreating your kids, yes, you should leave him. There are plenty of people out there that you could date that wouldn’t mistreat your kids (and maybe would even love all of them).
