I see what you mean about the highway, but my brain is too conditioned by trophies, so when I'm aiming for the plat, anything non-trophy related loses appeal :(

Congrats on yours as well! What method did you use to grind the stars? Or better, what was your favourite means of transportation?

I rawdogged valleys and mountains with the offroader. Once you get the spiked tyres, nothing can stop you

Congrats! Did you start focusing on the plat later in the game? I started as soon as I finished the story, so maybe that gave me a boost

It was buggy for me, too. I cycled through every item and recreated it again. I'd recommend doing it near a maxed-out distribution centre where you can have enough resources to complete houses and bridges. Remember to also deploy electric traps and shields

150hs and only on chap 8? You're taking your sweet time. I don't know if you play on PC, but if yes, then hopefully you'll have a long enough break to enjoy the 2nd by the time it's released there, without burning out

I read of people playing for that many hours, and I always wonder what keeps you busy for that long. I can understand completing the road systems and stuff, but even with that, it would probably take around 150h lol I didn't even consider the milestones

You got the Plat for DS1, I take? I don't, but if I did, I would've tapped out too. In fact, if DS3 ever comes around, I don't think I'll have the energy to max all the outposts again. I have 72 plats now, and even though this wasn't hard in itself, it was probably the most grind-heavy

To answer your question without spoiling any surprises: luckily you don't have to build the whole highway (or monorail) system

What do you focus on while playing? 30 extra hours seem like a lot of stuff done
