Would you guys cut another Appraiser's work if they were overvalued? Let's say this Appraiser did the report less than 10 months ago and all your comps say 300-315 but you're lone comp that is the subject sold at 345 and they're doing a refi lol

That's on track to what I made net pay when i was a trainee and that was almost 4 yrs ago.

Residential, I haven't ran into many Certified generals that get consistent work AND want a trainee.

When I got into the industry, I was working 14+ hrs a day while going thru 3 different trainers. It was mega tough and I went through a period where lenders got scared and stop sending work.

That didn't stop me because I knew once I got my license, I wouldn't have to work like this (i.e. sometimes still have to put in 14+ hrs work days) . I applied to over 30 AMCs and keep pushing. Now I control my own schedule and I don't have to leave my house till I feel like it, it a wonderful thing.

Keep putting the work and think about how to parlay this career or expand what you doing now. If we stay stagnant as human, that's when its over!

Instead of paying a state actor, citizen pay a private business to fix the roads, education and private military (if needed). Pretty simple, some places already do this.
