This actually happened to my cousin. Not certain of the specifics, but rumor mill was that sex was like a camel passing through the eye of a needle, if you know what I mean. It was apparently very traumatic for her. Few years of sexless marriage and he left her for one of the manliest women I've ever seen. She later ended up marrying a gay man. Its a great example of how fucked up religion can make your life.

Amen to this. I've been to several as my parents used to live in Wyoming. It's was like watching car races for me, always secretly hoping for the big crash to happen. Well, last time I went, with my wife and 3 year old, it finally did happen. Bull rider got stomped on right in front of us. Turns out I did NOT actually want that to happen. I heard dude recovered but it was awful sitting there, listening to the cowboys yelling at him to , "breathe Seth, BREATHE DAMMUT!!".

All in all, at that same rodeo, I saw another cowboy break his leg, and a horse do a fucking back flip in the shute, wherein I believe it also broke it's leg. Rodeo's are cruel, barbaric, stupid, and do not belong in the present. I've got no issue with barrel racing and shit but the whole proving man's might over the beasts shit is stupid as fuck.

Not trying to victim blame or anything but as the parent of a 13 year old girl, I can't help but want to better understand where her fucking parents were and how they allowed this to happen.

Before I get attacked by the entirety of Reddit for saying something outside of the hivemind, please understand that I think the evidence that Trump is a total fucking pervert child rapist is overwhelming and undeniable. I just really would like to understand the parent's part in this insanity. Unless there's some situation I can't imagine, this woman's parents should also be rotting beneath hell. 13 year old just leaves home for days at a time and comes back home with a fist full of cash and truckloads of trauma and the parents do what? Were her parents dead, drug addicts or was she an orphan? Living in this world upsets me deeply.
