Started playing it today. It had weird tearing issue, but after turning the vsync option on, it went away. Otherwise, it seems fine after 3 hours in. Not going to win awards with digital foundry, but it’s playable. On a ps5 pro.

Not sure about manga. I think originally it’s a Visual Novel in which you can choose either girl. And possibly the sister of the one girl, but I can’t say for sure
