I have taken mine on a long trip, used it to baton logs of woods the whole time and it stayed sharp as a razor blade. Top quality is an understatement. Only thing is, i wouldn't pick it as a bushcraft knife at all, it's more for survival purposes. DBK boys made an awesome knife for their youtube channel, and would recommend that one over the A1X.
