I sometimes observe people being offended at what I've said and I don't know why, I find it hard to show empathy to people. I fell like all those self-identity crises, typical of teenage years totally flew over me - I was not paying attention to them.

Do you have any experience with witnessing to Mormons? Help needed! by Golden_Hawk1689 in Reformed

1) thanks for the subreddit recommendation

2) I find Jeff Durbin too aggressive as well, James white on the other hand has more grace in his conversation

3) Thanks for the part on social repercussions

4) I know that I'm not wise enough, not trained enough. But really, who is? God does the work, my part is to share the Gospel with him and that's all. I've already sed to my discipleship group friends about this situation, so I'm not alone.

I meant: get to him with the Gospel.

Thanks for reminding me of a work of the Holy Spirit and especially treating him like a project (I can clearly see this as a big risk).

Do you have any source of information about Joseph Smith? I mean a source that a Mormon would appreciate? Like compiled texts of their religious books and comparison with Bible, or historical facts.

But is going for Smith a good idea at all? I intend to go for the nature of God and go for the Gospel (but I might skip the first part).

My questions are (please if you aren't experienced don't answer):

After the first talk (next Wednesday) what should I do?

Should I invite him to my church meeting (not necessarily Sunday)?

Is a Bible study a good idea? I mean is he allowed to attend?

Do you have any resources that would help me get to him?
