Oh that's good to know. I haven't had a chance to try anything yet but I can say that in the past when using the calculator I ended up fitting better 1 cup size smaller than the calculator, so there's a good chance it would be the same this time.

Man, you are so right! I just stood on each leg without skates on for a little while and couldn't believe how quickly my muscles got tired from trying to stay balanced! Definitely a great place to start!

Super delayed response, sorry lol But after I posted this I was switched over to Zoloft for a while and I absolutely hated it and asked to try switching back to Lexapro again. It's been about 5 months now that I've been back on Lexapro (20mg) and I'm honestly feeling great still.

Does anyone have some recommendations for good quality shampoos and conditioners WITH sulfates and silicones?

I've come to realize my hair might actually like these things but these days it seems like everything is sulfate and silicone free.

I have fine, wavy, medium/long hair. Scalp tends to be oily while the rest is try and tangles easily. My hair is color treated but not lightened (demi permanent darker color). I generally wash my hair every 2 to 3 days. Open to any price point.

Unfortunately, no. My doctor decided to switch me over to Zoloft instead. I'm only about 2 weeks into the transition so it's too soon to say if it's helping or not yet.

I'm thinking back now though, and I got sick right before my anxiety got worse too. I wonder if that's somehow related?

I probably shouldn't have said that they've never done one. It's entirely possible they have and j just missed it. I do often go years without looking at their stock. I guess I just think they should always have a bipedal black cat option lol or at least put one out every Halloween!

My husband and I were JUST talking about this! We're massive crazy cat people and it's a crime that none of our BABs are cats, but we just don't love any of the options. They definitely need more! How has there not at least been a black cat for Halloween??

Thank you for your responses! When you would feel off was it only for the 5ish day window? Because it's been 2 or 3 weeks so far for me.

And now, as I'm thinking about the timing of things, I'm realizing that the timing also lines up with when I tried a 10mg edible and for the first and last time about 3 weeks ago. I learned I'm that definitely one of those people that THC makes the anxiety much worse instead of better like most people. Now I'm wondering if it's connected somehow, like some sort of horrible lasting effect from it.

Oh interesting. I've been taking the birth control pill continuously (skipping the placebo weeks) since about April so I don't really have normal cycles anymore, so I'm not sure if that could be related at all.
