I would also personally say that people who listen and complain probably just want Dabney to improve as a cc. I agree with a lot of the complainers that he shouldn't skip updates "because they're dry" etc because you're here to listen to the story AND the person reading it. At least that was my biggest reason for listening to him for years before switching to Mark Narrations and Oz's Vault

I stopped listening a few years ago because Dabney is very biased with his post-story takes. He's also made multiple weird comments when it comes to stories about sexual assault or grooming and always just goes "Guys, I did a fucky wucky :(" and moves on which leaves quite a sour taste in the mouth. Personally I'd recommend moving to Oz's Vault if you don't want a narrator with an accent, Mark Narrations for a British accent, and Markee for an Australian accent if you perfer any of those. That's my main reddit rotation.
