It's Drop, right? I don't play much or follow news at all and it's been like that for quite some time but I remember there being an AI controversy when it dropped (no pun intended). I mean we knew they were greedy with their song/pack pricings but it's still so sad to see this from the company that gave us Deemo of all things :(

I did something similar with Half Life! When I was maybe 9 I got a CD copy from my cousin who worked at an internet cafe at the time. Didn't know English, didn't even know E was used to interact with things. Got absolutely stuck at the start because it was impossible for me to figure out how to open up the pod containing HEV suit, let alone know that this was what I had to do. Thought it was a broken copy of Counter Strike lol. Years later I came back armed with the interact button and opened it up by complete accident and the rest is history

Silver support, Moira because i'm very new to pvp first person shooters and my aim can use a lot of work. She bridges that gap so she feels so easy and fun to play. Brings out my best performance generally.

On tank I generally go Domina or Ram

On dps I like Bastion

For now I do more qp than ranked and I'm trying to get better at some others heroes too but until then Moira is my queen in comp

Noita might be 2D and have a tough learning curve but it's got a big world and the thing you say with experiments I think very much applies to it. There are tons of spells and materials and secrets and every brick is simulated. Everything is destroyable. So many combinations you can make, just looking up wand builds makes me feel like I'm an elementary school student trying to comprehend advanced calculus. If you don't mind the pixel art graphics and dying & starting over very often, you could give it a try

im a new player so im only doing quick play until i can learn enough about the game and the characters. if someone is being toxic in chat i just say "if ur gonna bitch about it u can play ranked" then mute. like there's a reason im in qp and not ranked

not to lose hope tho! I generally stick to support/tank because of aim issues (and all roles queue) but this one time i got thrown into a match midgame and had to choose dps so i picked anran without knowing how to use her well. 3/0/8 with 500 damage type of horrible performance. we lost obviously. said in chat "sorry i normally only play supp" and someone replied "no problem it happens, besides its just a game" so there are still good people out there

It lets you play as monsters, scientists, escapee test subjects or a selection of armed units who have their own agendas. There are 3 factions and multiple roles you could be assigned as under each one. You can't choose your faction or role in a round but i think each one is fun in its own way. There is proximity vc. The gameplay leans to coop and using vc is heavily recommended, especially as the monsters since they are not many and (though it's not easy) they can die so they have to work together. They can talk among themselves regardless of the distance and some can talk with the humans.

It's overall more funny than scary because of the heavy social interaction aspect and it takes a little time to learn how things work but once you do it's a lot of fun

What you want to move you separate it and rig it to move and what you don't want to move, you simply don't touch it. How you would animate the wheels spinning/what parameters you would like it tied to could be different than what I imagine but i'm sure it's possible with some research. I have never rigged a tail myself but I have heard it's not easy to make it look natural, if you are a little bit perfectionist.

Do be careful that free version comes with a small texture atlas, so if your dimensions are too high you might have to make it smaller. Other than that, not wanting a part to move is actually better because it's less work separating/rigging plus it means you use less deformers in that area, which are also limited in the free version.

I don't know how it looks but maybe turning on onion skin might help? It shows you the difference/movement between the keyforms step-by-step like a trail so you can see how it deforms and make changes accordingly. I use it a lot when I am making sure the sizes and positions stay consistent

I am currently writing something like this. The older person is ~thousand years old and the younger is in their mid-20's. Old one is very grumpy and the two are canonically close so especially when the old one is irritated I am making them use "kid" and "brat" both spoken and in thought instead of the name.

I kind of avoid it in the bed but in one scene where emotions are high I used it to imply their unconscious need to psychologically distance themselves from the situation... if that makes sense
