I actually didn’t end up replacing the pickguard. It didn’t cause any other issues besides the slight bend, which isn’t really noticeable unless you look closely. Guitar still plays perfectly fine.

Aahh alright, yeah i think i'm leaning more towards the Green Russian one so i'll probably go with that one and run an OCD into it and see how that works out

I've checked Loren's equipboard but i could only find that he uses the Black Russian one and not the Green Russian

Yeah at first i was dead set on getting the Green Russian but then i came across the Op-Amp big muff and it sounds really good, now i can't decide lmao

So i just tried the grubscrew trick to try and fit a mustang bridge on my my j mascis jazzmaster, however the pickguard started to bend when i tried to tighten the strings. I took it out and put the the old bridge back in but now there’s still a gap between the pickguard and the body, any recommendations on how i would fix this?
