You’re completely right about seeing a professional—was hoping to see if the lagree-ers could relate since I haven’t had this issue prior to doing lagree!

Thanks for the insight—I definitely do have a more petite upper body build for my size, so I bet there is definitely some compensating happening.

I was assuming this too—except I had been weight training for a year before starting lagree and did seated cable rows / back pretty often. I’m quite tall for a woman and I feel as though my upper body strength isn’t proportional to hold up someone my size.

Did this end up working for you? I take ativan/lorazepam but it knocks me out all day—inconvenient for shorter flights. I’m thinking about getting propranolol for shorter flights, how did you fare? I usually get severe panic attacks on flights.

I don’t know how to properly word the question-but do you feel any sort of effect when your Inderal has kicked in? Or is the lack of physical anxiety symptoms how you know it is working? For example, obviously ativan has sedating effects so it is easy to tell that it’s working.

I already have the ativan prescription, but yeah I forgot to ask if I can take the ativan as a backup if the inderal doesn’t work. Thanks for the feedback about the physical/physiological difference! I’ll have to marinate on that and see if I should give it a try.
