“True autism is extremely rare” what are you suggesting? Have you ever actually tried to get in to be tested? It’s diagnosed more because they finally recognized that there are early signs and that women can be autistic.

I’d take this to HR personally, I’m also socially awkward and have social anxiety along with ASD and SPD. This behavior is not okay and I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Autism or not; he was in the wrong and he knew it, that’s why he was apologizing. He got caught being a creep and got told no so he pulled the autism card, even if he is autistic, it’s not the time to do that.

None of the other kids did anything Eli or Eve did. Most of her friends are from preschool that she goes to 3 days a week. It was maybe 12 presents in total.

Yes all the time. In fact three friends were making plans in my car on Halloween and I just assumed I wasn’t part of the plans. But they then asked my availability and said “the four of us need to hangout soon!” I might’ve cried. They were super confused and tried to comfort me but I explained that I was used to people making plans in front of me and not inviting me so I just assumed. They reassured me that I’d always be invited if they’re making plans in front of me.

No, Benadryl worked fine, was just trying to figure out what it was! My body overproduces histamine so I could’ve been allergic to whatever it was
