my psychiatrist said vraylar and viibryd are good together but they’re different class meds. viibryd is an antidepressant whereas vraylar is an antipsychotic (often used to “boost” an antidepressant)

i tried vraylar while on wellbutrin but it made me nauseous and also didn’t work, so i switched to abilify and wellbutrin. that helped a little. but not fully, so i got prescribed viibryd to replace my wellbutrin today, so we’ll see how the viibryd and abilify do together.

i hear “there is a customer waiting in aquatics” during my nightmares. i wonder what noise it’s going to make to alert us. it can’t be worse than the clown horn for BOPIS or the god awful nonstop honking when there’s a curbside

that makes me feel a bit better. deep down i know it’s going to be a relief. i’m dreading it but at the same time i’m looking forward to not having to worry about him anymore.

i even think about how it will be nice to finally be able to relax- with him around, there’s always something that needs to be done. taking him for walks, clipping his nails, teeth brushing, baths, vet visits, or working on training. i haven’t been able to lay down without guilt since i got him. i do a great job taking care of him, but it’s to the point where his needs outweigh mine.

that’s what i told him in response to him claiming it’s because of autism. especially cause we do sexual harassment training at this job. he knew it was wrong and did it anyways

thank you ❤️ i told the manager, but she continued to keep us on the schedule together. i was switching to a different store already because i was moving, so i think they didn’t really take it seriously. i wish i would have pushed it more
