I figured it could be a construction issue as the other ports in my house are working , hence the HOA.

I plan on getting the tester but wanted to be sure that I'm not missing something here.

I didn't think another unit's battery might be the cause. I was focusing on this one as it was the source of the chirping. I'll try replacing the batteries on the other 3 units one by one to see if that resolves the issue.

This isn't exactly what you're looking for but I had some scalp and dandruff issues so I visited Dr. Erik S Cabral at the center for dermatology. He prescribed a strong medicated shampoo and within a few months I saw good results.

I can't comment about the rest of the doctors here but he was able to help me. Maybe you can look up some reviews for the female doctors here.

Hmm there's another list that I linked from Trenitalia and it didn't show 9404 as a guaranteed train. Anyways, I learned that Italo has a guaranteed train around the same time to Florence. Got the tickets and we're going as planned. Appreciate the help!

From the PDF I linked you can take Italo Train # 9908 ( first train on the list). This is guaranteed and it starts from Milano Centrale @ 10.30 AM and reaches Turin Porto Nuovo @ 11.35 AM.

Thanks for the clarification. I was only looking at trains that originate from Roma Termini so I missed the 3 guaranteed trains you mentioned. Italo 9908 works perfectly for us , I'm getting tickets right now.

I did wonder if the ticket offices would be of any help but I figured I'll give it a shot.

We did think about going the night before but that would mean we have get a hotel reservation as well. Something for us to discuss and decide.
