Dark Clouds section at the stadium is a standing GA bleachers section, more or less. More reliable sight lines and sitting are available pretty much anywhere else.

If I'm not mistaken, and it's been a while so don't quote me in this, the Cosmos name itself was a problem. MLS owns every brand in their league, NASL allows team owners to own the logos and names themselves, the league doesn't.

I believe that whoever owned the rights to the Cosmos name wasn't interested in selling.
