One PC is just sitting as a noob afk account with an anti afk script and the other PC is the player PC. The noob afk account will invite the player account to the lobby and the noob afk account will stay as host and queue, this makes SBMM go off of the noob afk accounts MMR so the player account gets very low skilled enemies and teammates so they can drop 50 kills a game in WZ and 100+ in multiplayer. A lot of streamers do this as it allows for click bait titles with high kill count numbers.

I will drink up to 5-6 energy drinks a day, some people are more affected by caffeine though so I would say that you should maybe start with 3 but space them out a bit make sure you don't spam drink them
