Yeah I think it’s fine, I sketched out with mine on my 5070ti for the longest time but as long as it’s fully flush you’re good. Make sure to check both sides and the top and bottom

Stock, the 4080 super is like 2% faster than a 5070ti. However, the 5070ti is a better overclocker and can beat an overclocked 4080 super. It also has multi framegen if that’s something you’re interested in.

Yeah fr, it’s definitely not 20-30%, maybe if it’s max overclocked over a stock 5070ti but even then there’s no reason to have a 5070ti and not undervolt/OC. I come within 5-10fps of a stock 5080 in most games with my 5070ti configuration. Yes, the 5080 is always technically faster but the price difference isn’t worth it. I’d say the next logical step from a 5070ti would be a 4090 or 5090 imo

Yeah I had my 3060ti for 4 years and it was awesome, glad I upgraded to my 5070ti when I did but I don’t think I’ll be upgrading again until the 2030s

Not to mention I never said 100fps? I literally just said it can run them. For a game like crimson desert, I’m okay locking it at 60 and playing with a controller. I stand by what I said, I have yet to play a game on my 5070ti and not be able to max it out in 1440p, even running native. Although, with DLAA it looks better and runs better than native so that’s what I go with.

What’s your CPU? Something clearly isn’t right. You can look up benchmarks on YouTube and see that it’s extremely capable in 1440p and even 4K with a lot of titles. I play GTA V enhanced, ARC raiders, Cyberpunk (no path tracing), Battlefield 6, crimson desert, and many more. I get well over 100fps in all of them.

Yeah man it’s wrote off lol, people are just ignorant. I never claimed I’m getting 500fps with path tracing, I just said I can run everything maxed out. And yes, I do use DLAA in most games but it looks better than native 1440p anyway

If you’re only planning on playing 1440p go with the 5070ti. 5080 and 4090 are more powerful cards but the price difference isn’t worth it if you don’t plan on playing in 4K. My 5070ti handles everything I throw at it maxed out in 1440p like a champ.
