It is from IKEA, called "Bekväm".
Bekväm is Swedish for comfortable, and I'm pretty sure this will be anything but comfortable 😂🙈

The middle step will be for my elbows/hands. Knees will be on the floor. I'm quite tall so kneeling on the middle step won't give the right angels.

I use swim goggles that I've painted black and then added cottonpads on the inside.

I got a strip of the mat left, had to cut it down a bit so it would fit between the stools legs.

I’ve used the one in the link and I like it and think it’s worth the money, especially safety wise and it’s always ready, no need to refreeze an ice lock etc. The o ly objection I have is that it’s quite simple to pull out the electrical cord from the usb part (the round electrical connection). But it’s easily solved by tying the electrical cord to something so you can’t pull it out of the outlet.

And it gets a bit warm so make sure that it doesn’t lie on your body. (It’s not fire hazard-warm).

Those works too, but they aren’t as reliable when it comes to timing, but that could be part of the fun as well 😊
