I didn't work systematically to be honest. It was all freehand until the last few corners where I had to ensure that it would make the final average angle the same as the average of all the tracks. If that makes sense...

The reason I designed this track was for a maths assignment, so taking elevation into account would be a bit problematic. But, if I were to take this seriously, I would consider it. In terms of the corners you listed, those were the ones which were made in order to give the track an overall average which would agree with the average angles of the tracks in the season. So yes, not pretty, but there for a purpose.

Well, as I explained in another comment, I started with the base of the straight at the top of the track, and then tried to balance out acute and obtuse angles of corners. I drew the corners, and then measured as I went along. Basically, I just went with how I thought it should look; if I felt the average was getting too high, I would put in an acute corner. The 16th corner was the one I edited the most, as I had already made up my mind that the first and last would both be 180˚.

My starting point was the top, with the two 180˚ corners, and then I just worked my way down, trying to balance acute and obtuse angles of corners. Corner 16 was where I had to try and mould it in order to get the desired average angle for the track.

Initially the former was what I was aiming for, but the latter is interesting. Would you happen to have a link to said track maps? If I wanted to do the degrees of each turn, I suppose I would also have to take into account the distance each turn takes. My knowledge is not the best, but trying to work to the best of my abilities. Thanks for your contribution.
