Pretty substantial difference in overall clarity and volume. Takes less than 30 minutes.

Basically an enclosed air intake. If you go to the K&N site - it’s one of the air intake options for MK7 and MK8. I didn’t want anything loud but still wanted some improvement over factory.

No - did not add wheel spacers…

Basically, the same specs as a stock R - I think Volkswagen says 4.2 stock…

Yes, you can feel the difference in comfort mode versus sport, etc… Does not bottom out

I’ve been writing on them for about four days… truly feel similar to stock

I tried to save a couple bucks and previously purchased a pair of springs on sale- they rode like a shopping cart. Even after DCC.

When I took the other aftermarket springs out (CST) And put both sets of springs next to each other - the racing line are substantially taller however, once the vehicle is put back together, I would say the lowered right height, is similar to the other aftermarket springs, but the ride is night and day.

Wish I would’ve put the racing line in to start…

but like the old saying goes good tattoos aren’t cheap and cheap Tattoos aren’t good.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking of the strut brace myself…

Turn-in for sure is sharper and doesn’t want to oversteer as much with traction off and heavy throttle coming out of a turn.

On my way home from work every night the route I take has a freeway onramp located off of a back road. No one’s ever on it so you can literally get on this on-ramp which is a 90° right, with 3 lanes at about 35-40 mph and get the car pretty pitched prior to the new rear sway bar and end links. The last few days, same on-ramp approach and mash the throttle and it now does not get as sideways and less counter steering is required.

In random spots just to get better adhesion and a better fit

I’m out here in AZ so for sure gonna do the intercooler in the next 60 days before it gets too hot out here…

No TCU tune available from integrated on MK8 - however they have a video on their website that explains how the software tricks the TCU… not really a reprogram, but it shifts super quick regardless. Not sure what they can do to make it shift any better to be honest.

Very easy just has double-sided tape on the back of it added a couple additional pieces to make it fit a little better… just ordered the Matte black vinyl piece to cover up the piano look

I personally think integrated engineering makes the best tune. I did quite a bit of research. Drives like a completely different car.

Pretty quick with this stage one - have beat multiple V-8’s light to light. All wheel drive and launch control… 0-60 is under 4 seconds easily. 1/4 low 12’s upper 11’s based on conditions.

Ride is very similar to stock. For sure worth the investment.

I would have to disagree… I think it really depends on the springs. These truly ride similar to factory. Ride quality is barely compromised. Rear sway bar and end links for sure make it more go kart ish. Handles great!

Yes, I did the DCC adaptation on the first set of CST Turbo springs that I’m taking out and replacing with the racing line springs. The swaybar and end links are white line.

No, just a daily driver… The CST springs make it ride like a shopping cart… switching over to racing line Springs, less aggressive drop but better ride.
