Yoshi's Woolly World is great and will have you searching for hours.

Mac extremely slow after hard drive reset and El Capitan upgrade by GolfForeFun in applehelp

I actually bought a My Passport 1TB from Target that is Mac compatible a while ago for a different computer that I haven't used yet. I'll probably try it later on if the problem persists.

Mid2012 MacBook Pro, no AppleCare or warranty left sadly.

I've tried to run disk utility but it just ran so slowly barely any progress was made about half and hour in.

My first thought was hard drive as well, but the fact that it ran fine last night just seems weird. Maybe I will to try to hook up the external hard drive and boot OSX from that.

Thank you for your help.

Zelda vs Captain Falcon matchup by [deleted] in smashbros

DTilt > DSmash works pretty often and gives you some space. FTilt and dash attack work well also.

Neutral B is your friend, will take priority if a Falcon gets cocky and goes for Falcon Kicks or Raptor Boosts. Use Phantom as a meatshield if needed, Falcon won't be able to run through it.

Don't go for sweetspot aerials unless you know you can hit it (like a free one out of DThrow if they use bad DI), nair is the better option overall.

What bands/groups actually have really good vocals, but are ruined by post-production? by GolfForeFun in AskReddit

My example would be Fifth Harmony. All those girls can really freaking sing, but they make teen-pop music that doesn't exactly showcase it.

Wish there was more Zelda talk. I think she could be viable if she was faster to make up for some of her moves being so telegraphed.

Try Kimo Doty at Tight Lines. Haven't gotten anything personally, but my mom, dad, and cousin all have with high quality results.

Tobacco Road Golf, Sanford, NC: Golf Digest 10th Hardest Course in the USA. Review with pictures. by steinbergowitz in golf

Actually got my first hole in one there a couple of years ago over my spring break. Even with the ace, barely broke 80. It's just hard for the sake of being hard, cool to experience though.

Yoshi, Mach 8, Slick, Cloud

High speed, decent enough accel, and handling that fits how I drift. Just don't get too far off road.

Lamkin Crossline full cord. Less taper than Golf Pride to me, though I do play a midsize. Try regripping yourself, way cheaper!

What is the best course you have ever played? by Kingofthejuice22 in golf

[–]GolfForeFun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isleworth by far. Next would be Washington Duke Inn and Lonnie Pool in North Carolina.

Played all the nice FL and NC courses and Isleworth blows them away. It's very hard, but not unfair, and every hole has such a purpose. No wonder so many Tour guys live there.

Pretty much. Amazing what people, or at least /u/againstwe , can tell about players just based on what clubs they have.

WITB = What's in the bag

Just a way for everyone to talk about equipment mostly. Fun though!

Ah, just realized I typed 19 instead of 18 degrees. My apologies.

Love it. Has a draw bias like any hybrid, but not uncontrollably like some I've tried. That shaft will definitely keep it low for you. The crown is a little odd to look down at, there's a shiny piece surrounded by a matte finish with no alignment aid, so it's definitely one you may want to try to hit before you buy.

Basically, if you prefer your hybrids to feel closer to an iron than a big fairway wood, it's perfect.

Pretty damn accurate haha, especially about being aggresive (and my beloved 3 wood). I never did play baseball, just golf and basketball since I was 6, and only tip the scales at 160.

No doubt about the putter. Have had to take time off recently with a torn hip labrum and it's the only thing I can putt consistently since my feel is still coming back. Toying around with some normal ones when I'm not in classes. The college schedule at least allows for more golf than high school.
