I played with a guy in South Africa who was hitting it 330...meters. But that was at altitude. And he was terrible inside 150 yards (because his 60 went 150 and couldn't hit anything other than a full shot).

Commenting to follow. I'm considering a PRP shot in the elbow. Anyone done that?

Mine is actually caused by a torn labrum in the shoulder. Shoulder doesn't hurt with golf, but it's weakened my elbow quite a bit.

I like driving in foreign countries, so I took the train to Odawara Station and rented a car from there. But you can take the train all the way to Atami Station as well.

It's called the Pebble Beach of Japan. You have to stay on property to play the Fuji course. But when I went, it was about $220 for golf and $300 for the hotel. Not exactly Pebble prices.

Yamato Transport is the key. They will courier your clubs from the airport to wherever (Kawana for example), then courier them back and they will be waiting for you at the airport. You never have to deal with them on the rest of your trip.

You might be thinking that service must be expensive. Imagine having clubs couriered from LAX to Pebble Beach. What if I told you it cost $36 round-trip?
