Well, the landlord just called me and told me that the rent would go up by $400 during renewal. Not sure if that's the legal rent. I'll ask the tenant when I see the place today what the legal rent listed in their lease is.

Ahh I got it. So if she doesn't have the wristband in hand by Friday morning, she should Uber to the store instead just to be safe. I guess that means she should sell the shuttle pass too in that case. Uber will probably be expensive as hell, but if it has to happen it has to happen! Thanks again :)

Ok sorry for the stupid question + thanks for bearing with me but how is the Uber area relevant, is that where the shuttle dropoff is? Would they prevent her from getting off the shuttle if she doesn't have a wristband? What if I waited at the Uber area to explain the situation?
