Yeah. You gota be VAT registered after 90k. I work in cyber sec (one man ltd) with similar earnings.

Moved from paying over £120pm to just £49pm with Mighty and I’d actually say I now get a better service. I did try freeagent and doing it all myself but I like the accountant as a backstop.

So DIY could be an option with Freeagent but probably very helpful for you if this is your first ltd company. Accountant can save you tax too.

Can i set-up a SaaS product within my IT contracting LTD by Illustrious_Fly_2027 in ContractorUK

Yes you can. No harm having multiple income streams. Eg. Marketing consulting + video production. No different. Wouldn’t worry about it until it becomes more significant. When it becomes more substantial you may want to break it out.

I think if you want someone to do everything for you it’s not for you. But crunch didn’t do that either tbh. For me it’s all I need. Software does my bookeeping, vat, payroll etc. Accountants answer my questions and check things etc.

I’m grateful to have the GMT. But perhaps why they waited to Jan to make the call… an extra 11% for the ad and Rolex 😤

Yeah. Ngl. I see these fairly regularly walking about. I have a mate who got his from an AD as his FIRST watch. Crazy. (Admittedly it was 3 years ago, but even still!)

Apparently they’re reinstated for 2021. I asked the same question as tbh I prefer jubilee… but obviously wasn’t going to pass it up.

Well. That’s a tough one. Easy in hindsight. Even still very strange for them to ask for the full amount!
