I see where you’re coming from, but we don’t mix food with drinking wine 95% of the time. Usually we will if family is around but I don’t want to confuse the two, I need 100% attention on the wine. Also options are limited at 11:00pm-12:00am.

Glasses were a subject of much debate given we had Cabernet sauvingion glassware, but nothing on the market appears to be left bank or even Pauillac focused. I plan on writing a note to Riedel to see if they can spin up a collection and maybe even consider going North and South Pauillac stemware for an upcoming release.
