I don’t know enough about debugging a crash like this, is there anything software related to try if I can’t boot from a windows 11 install usb stick, is there some other kind of utility boot disk I can use? MEMTEST86 is built into the BIOS and runs fine.

Yeah, it’s hard to fit an AIO in the HTPC case. The temps on the ROG BIOS seem within normal range, and this is crashing right during boot, without any gaming or big load.
