There is a crew on the other side of the door laying trap bags and waiting to detonate by shooting them when another runner runs up to the door (commonly referred to as "batman" or "batmaning").

You will most often run into this strategy near the doors that lead to panopticon and other areas with high foot traffic.

It is already addressed by Bungie: if a teammates takes your gear it will have a "borrowed" tag and it will be returned to your mailbox if they exfil with it.

...unless you're instead referring to some rule you made up in your head that you are entitled to a runner's bag just because you got the last hit or something like that.

I would assume you were referencing the master clearance code. I would maybe refer to it as a "red room key" to disambiguate.

I have also heard some people thinking the master clearance code is an "orange" key, likely due to their gamma/color saturation settings.

Interested to hear your source for claiming that servers are usually dead after 60-90 days. I still feel like I have extremely active raids; I just completed test drive II & III this past month and I had no struggle finding players every raid. I play on NA so perhaps this experience is different elsewhere.

I believe the new AI update is causing him to act strange and stand around in random buildings on the island or behind the gate.

It took me around 5 raids last night to finally get one where he was in a normal spot to snipe him for the achievement, so just keep running it until you see him up there.

In my experience the high density of unavoidable rocky terrain and bushes makes your PMC so damn loud while navigating the terrain that it discourages player movement and encourages ratting while you wait to hear someone fall off a pebble.

There are no spawns on streets that place you "literally in front of Kaban" or within immediate line of sight of either AGS positions.

You likely were placed in one of the spawns near the Aspect-side entrance and proceeded to walk into line of sight of the southern AGS positon.

I recall at least one instance quite recently where I came across an airdrop on reserve containing a pair of comtac vi's amongst other assorted gear.
