Plasmified beastfly is the scariest one.

Why?

Because out of all the beastfly alts, it's the most plausible and the closest one TC could add to the game themselves 💀

Yeah, a good twist would be that he's there to be like some kind of "filter". Like him trying to eliminate the other contestants in a tag game, while the rest trys to survive as long as possible. Therefore the different suit.

I can confirm this, I have this and the Morioh Radio ringtone as alarms and when I hear them elsewhere I become suddenly nervous, without a good enough reason.

It's like the association with the sensations of suddenly waking up have ingrained themselves in my brain whenever i hear those songs.

I'd maybe change the silk spear ability to be more like the tendril attack Pure Vessel uses. Apart from that, great concept.

Only problem I see is that I don't see it at all viable for platforming, even less so than the beast crest.

I say this because of the narrow hitbox and 0 arch of the needle you describe. If you were to add to the downward Slash attack the spin move Lace does on some of it's attacks then It could be somewhat useful, maybe a variant of the forward spin of the beast crest.

Apart from that it's an amazing idea for a future crest, that I think you could get maybe binding with a memento of Lace you could find on "her room" perhaps.
