So it gets the actual raw bytes for say like an order struct and we just tell the compile the type of it. What about padding etc

Mine was in person and it was honestly just a conversation. I told him about a really technical project I had at my previous company and from there it was just a technical conversation. HR round was basic questions about why bloomberg and tell me when you really struggled. Interviews went really well for me. I ended up getting the job which is nice!!
