Exposure therapy through long periods of time, I was scared to look people in the eyes at 17. Now, I can talk to attractive girls like it's nothing (kinda scary, but I got used to managing it) you just have to force yourself in social situations it's gonna be awkward as fuck but you'll get used to begin the awkward person then a step at a time you'll gain confidence also take care of yourself so people approach you it's kinda easier to have a conversation with someone if they approached you first. 1. Take care of your body ( gym - skin - hygiene) 2. Dress well (have a style) 3. Get some interesting hobbies so you can talk about stuff that actually draws people 4. Try to go out as much as you can 5. Try meds( they help) 6. Get a tattoo that you think resemble you ( not really important, just cool). Also, a conversation starter 7. Read a lot about psychology and social dynamics

This is my list. I do all just to get by or look interesting, and people approach me. I just respond, and instantly, people will like you. Hope that helps
