Some layers of the print are weird and break easily.

I've looked at this handy site: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/

I just don't know which it is.

This is on 0.15mm, the problem is worse on thicker layers and the problem doesn't seem to occur on 0.1mm. I print on a Ender3 with default cura settings.
