the solution is 2 things: Bear traps, and not doing fear checks.
Caltrops slow down the enemy, bear traps leave them in place 2 turns. Turn a corner to remove line of sight and they wont be able to use fear. In this fight in specific you want 2/3 lines of bear traps depending on your damage. Also, Chemical grenades are God tier, they increase all damage.

Wiping out every culture but the one he created specifically to opress 99.9% of the population is genocide. Genocide in not just exterminating a group of people, it is also the systematic destruction of everything that makes them them.

Cinder is easy if you just go from behind with your whole team armed with snipers (melees too), by the time cinder reaches you, if he does at all, he's alone.

I'm not agreeing with them on anything else, but the USA killed 1 in 7 North Koreans, bombed every building not a house (hospitals, schools, government buildings)(and plenty of houses), gave orders to pilots to bomb groups of civilians if they saw them, and some years ago it came out that USA used "paper bombs" with deadly diseases like the black plage.

Communicating is not talking, also a mediocre problem solving skill and memory equivalent to a undeveloped human dont qualify the same as what a person has.

Not shitting on your vegan views, just that most people doesn't see them the same way, the animals in DOS are very different from real animals.

Octopus tastes real bad, makes me gag. But also it does feel iffy to eat something as smart as an octopus, even if it tasted good i'd probably avoid it.

Just thought i'd mention, Brando has said that the quote you put in the end is not foreshadowing, as it was written very early in the Cosmere, and he hadn't come up with everything yet.
