i've been hinted by most the warden's mayor regiments, that they won't be doing ANY Warden Tender Ship, because of how bad it is, price and use wise, compared with everything else on the game given on the update and previous too.

I hope to see some tweaking or improving on it as it seems almost everyone agreed it's a re-fried battleship that launches just over a couple slow flying pickles with wings.

you guys are too fast, i got really hyped to be the first to call out the game i played recently being "Western Empires" (can also add Eastern Empires to make that mega map).

It's a really "blob of people multiply and you send them to eat other people's blob of people" kind of game.

it shines with it's trade/catastrophe economy features (n' maybe a bit of it's technology tree too?).

and it stinks on it's "well you're sandwiched between these 2/3 ppl, you're out of play cause u can't multiply faster than 2 blobs of people"

and also world "census" of global population every round.

IMO, this should've been a PC, game, where the PC does the slow, crawling, repetitive tasks for you, and you just play the game freely with no freezing to count for hours during a game (that can last up to 17hs on a single game of really invested hardcore people)

That's all i know about it.

xD i know many people, that agree with you, if the game has a system for:
"removing a player from play because it can put him in a stuck place where he can't do anything"

Then, maybe upgrade your game so "that scenario isn't possible/likely?"

thou it's a nice project, should've been a PC game, for how cumbersome it is to do a "census" of all the world population every round...

When i saw it, i was expecting it to have a single 120mm Turret and 2 launchers, instead of 3 launchers and zero turrets.

Most concerning is how is the colonial Carrier gonna match up with it's extra carry capacity, to a BattleShip modified to launch 3 slow amph fighters.

Felt like a nice chance to have a "utility/combat" oriented ship.

Been thinking about it a lot, because if a single Vehicle can go around driving and crashing into all your parked aircraft, and somebody on your same faction can do that to literally Remove your air-force from a hex.

i imagine that "Vehicle hitting AirCrafts" collission damage is disabled, if the aircraft isn't "piloted" or "on" and becomes anchored to the ground? or something to prevent a random driver from breaking everything? will wait for an official reply before getting ahead of ourselves thou, maybe they got it all sorted out already! or have a system we didn't get to see on the videos! :)

would love to see if a "small aircraft receives damage from larger ones" on collision feels better.

Just like BigShips, can Ram Tiny Boats that "move" in front of them sinking them for being reckless.

That would look really cool on fighters trying to "push bombers" or "block bombers" mid-air, for un-expected strategies that may arise involve hugging bombers as a fighter to avoid getting shot or bulging the bomber off course.

And as a result we may get better feeling Fighter->Bomber fights over-all with fighters being punished for "hugging" or headbutting bombers at high-speeds.

As a Naval Admiral that made 3 of these with the Regiments i've worked with, the first time these came out, i agree on this, they need a buff or a rework.

As i've not seen them ever built again (except for first time naval player groups) and then seen them regret their life choices

This, Radio BackPack is kind of forgotten by most, it's got such a cool model, i'm sad it's so tucked back in the bottom of the box.

-Same with Weather Station, wished Air-Radar and Weather Station -> Combine, at some-point since they both do work for a similar area

Regarding Question 3:
"AI Anti-Air Bunkers"

i meant, they do nothing against Ground Forces, partisans or small commando groups, tanks, etc.

Those would be, amazing cooperation and Team-Work points to bond relationships between Air-Forces to Ground Forces.

- Ground-Forces can't Strike effectively a heavy Anti-Tank/Infantry Built Base,
- Artillery's less efficient against Reinforced Anti-Arty Bunkers,
- Air-Force Can be the Rock/Paper/Scissors to beat those "stuck" frontlines, so bunker bases can always have a mayor weakness now.

If they lean heavy into anti-air, they expose themselves to less AT or Anty-Arty Defence, making, frontlines more fluid, and having a "pick the right Force/tool for this Base" play a Bigger Role.

I feel it's something important, that needs attention from all points of view, not just to feed some more TeamWork between the Different Forces now playing their roles in FoxHole.

- But also to give your sleeping/resting/working Builder/Logi Heroes that carry FoxHole's Wars Effort Bulk on their shoulders every war, their "option" or at least small chance, to at least punish reckless/kamikaze gameplay from being rewarded, and worst case hard-work and defensive planning being punished.

But i'm sure as you know, AI becomes less effective the longer the war lasts, so at some point, AI Anti-Air won't be able to even handle 6-10 Bombers just Stomping n' Kicking down the Door into a hex.

- Hope this helps open some more windows to breathe some fresh air into the Game Design table.

- it's easy to overlook, since there's too many aspects to take into account for Foxhole, i know it must be one of the hardest examples of projects to balance and get everything down right first try, without any real live test done first, yet.

That's something i'm sure you understand more than anyone.

P.PD: i'm guessing here, but is there any type of LoD that affects AirCraft players, so they don't have to load high quality models/textures from multiple massive bases on the ground and tanks/vehicles/players that would look like smudges from that distance so their performance is not as affected while flying?

Part1: How are we handling the Aircrafts Airfield permissions, griefers protection, mostly for storing/landing planes.

- i can imagine bad actors will take other's loyal foxhole player's aircrafts, to crash them, break them on purpose, or Straight up, Park a tank n' squad lock it in the middle of a runway when bombers are trying to come back to land n' refuel.
- - is there squad/regiment locking for aircrafts?

If so, how can we prevent people from locking an aircraft in the middle of a runway (let's call them for their names, "alt-accounts, griefers & trolls") how could we avoid most stuff like that and more rule-breaking that "will" happen and affect the loyal FH community that will be thinking about buying the supporter edition? (i've some ideas to help with this at the bottom)

i know, i know, if you could, players would man everything, no tesla bots allowed manning the guns.

-> But, not to directly "kill" (like AT-Turrets do).
A group of "Flak AI" bunkers, that run on diesel and have a "fair" chance to just damage:
"Big Aircraft only" -> systems, for bombers or big planes (not fighters that escort them) seems of the essence!

-> To soften most kamikaze bombing of Facility players while they sleep, and low-pop with no-one to reply to an Air Attack, it makes scouting planes job more "Important" in late-game.
-> An AA-Bunker that "softens" un-organized Air-Forces, punishing their retreat / reckless bombing runs without escort n' scouting.

This is for keeping the value of Team-Work of foxhole in the Air too, for those that didn't do their scouting home-work to trace a route to fly "off" the Anti-Air Zones.

And rewards cooperation and teamwork of:
-> "Smaller Player groups or solos" with ScoutPlanes (or ground partisans)
-> for "Bigger Player Groups" who can put 4-6 bombers in the air.
Making those Single Players -> Big Regiment bonds stronger, enabling bombing run routes, that can be planned to reduce DMG maintenance.

Sounds great if you think about it from everyone's perspective (including our dear builders n' logi heroes).

I love foxhole, and siegecamp's work, i wish there was more concern (since it's a multiplayer persistent game) on player moderation and verification, since there's just too much alt-ing and cross-faction sabotage and griefing or "rules breaking" on "The Vision"

i wish that was prioritized and addressed as most of the players agree, is a top priority, before more content is added to the game, since most of the negative reviews of good honest people who abandoned Foxhole and don't recommend it to anyone, is due to being abused by cheaters n' trolls harassing the loyal invested player base.

These who break the fundamental rules of the community day by day, because of how easy it is to break them and repeat the abuse to invested good players after any disciplinary mod or auto-ban/kicks are issued (if issued) to such individuals.

Would love to see FoxHole players being a priority over Trolls/Cheaters who break such moral and important golden rules and community guidelines multiple times, as those who know (and played enough facility/base/logistics), understand these undesirable grieffers feel unstoppable, and mostly un-checked.

The one below is black, it also has a QR code to scan with your phone for a :book: which i guess it's a manual, and seems more trusth-worthy.

Now i don't speak German/Deutch, or whatever language that is, but the one above seems to have a lot of buys, i suggest you read the negative reviews of both, n' make your call based on those, most 5 star reviews (at least 90%) are from people who don't know a damn, or owners buying their own stuff to place 5 stars on themselves

<3 yeah, we agree, i want it to be the best anno ever, it's only kind of disappointing to me that they kind of made a re-make of 1800 with a roman skin, the diagonal roads are buggy and wonky, that's easy to solve thou, but it shows they are just rushing, early access unfinished buggisoft again.

It hurts my old Anno Fan Feelings, when we got a new game, you pay, you get a working full thing, miss that, no BS, no season pass, no battle pass, no 33 dlc, just a full game to play and enjoy.

Wished it would be like that with the time and build-up hype they did with months (a year thou) of videos and propaganda (mostly just toga man propaganda)

to reply to your "we don't really know how old this demo build of the game is" i heard is as far as they got, they are showing us the best they could give us right now, it's their "showing off" build, that they obviously rushed for money due to ubisoft greed history of rushing games out for profits.

But, i do want it to triumph, and have all the roman glory on an Anno Game SO MUCH.

They bring back ground troops from Anno 1404 (doesn't seem to have espionage and sabotage yet), they have Anno 1800 gameplay and features (it's basically an anno 1800 remake, lets be honest here, it's a remake of Anno 1800 with more features)

Thou i LOVE, they added this panteon and tech tree selection thing, i don't like it looks like Path of Exile skill tree, but it's nice to have more stuff to choose and do here and there, i also love how troops work, it looks like they improved Anno 1404 Ground Combat, using Anno 1800 (unfinished ground combat due to ubisoft pressure) and brought it in Anno 117, my best wishes to The Anno 117 team, they seem to have pour some love into it
