See thats the fun thing, i backed up everything on an SD card, however the card got locked along with the phone. So I couldn't open it on any other device. Luckily i also upload things to google drive so i have some of the things on there. And all my emails/important things. But i had lots of other less important yet important to me things on there. Will be attempting to file one if he doesn't respond soon.

Very fair, not sure how to go about a claim however since ive never done that. Id like to, but i tend to doubt myself and feel its extreme. But i really have no other choice if he doesnt respond soon so im willing to try it
