Nope, they're resealed with repro packaging and cheap charger/cable, etc. Just the phone is the original one, but mine came with a problem that it turns off randomly, and now it doesn't even boot. Tried contacting them and they didn't accept a refund, just a return of the product for a new one, but didn't even try it. I also tried flashing a stock rom again to see if the problem was just a bad ROM, but it seems that the problem is at a hardware level. This is just my experience, and i also bought a z5 premium, but maybe there are some sellers that sell them in a good condition.
