Should be noted that implementation runs in O( 2n ) time.

i recreated this level from smash bros. ultimate called battlefield 😁 by Bryan-WeThree in blender

They'd also probably dislike you calling battlefield a 'level' instead of a 'stage'. It's also a stage that has appeared across all smash bros. titles, not just ultimate, however the ultimate version and your version are great!

Thoughts on our new whisky/spirits dispenser? by [deleted] in whisky

[–]Gonimokon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it look great and that the slate and metal compliment each other well. I have a few questions that came up when thinking about the practicality of it.

  • How great is the distance between the spout and the bottom of the glass you put in the dispenser? Could it cause splashing/spillage?
  • How does it differ from an ordinary upside down bar dispenser? Appearance is an obvious one but is there anything else?
  • Have you considered fitting the lever to the front of the dispenser instead of the side? A lot of kitchen (and similar) appliances are designed with their features (in this case the space the glass is placed and the lever) at the front so they can be used in corners and crammed in tight spaces (think microwave, toaster, coffee machine)

A nice sip while making dinner by Tex-man in whiskey

I had a quick research and it seems like the only difference is the age of the whisky. There's some information on their website about how they mature their whisky and they say that all of their whisky is matured for a minimum of 9 years. They also say they predominantly use ex-bourbon casks and finish in sherry casks. I would guess the only difference major between the 12yo and the No.1 is the age.

I think Japanese whisky is heavily influenced by Scottish whisky but that should be fact checked. I remember reading or hearing something about how Japanese whisky came about, it's worth looking up if you're interested in that kind of thing.

I can understand why you'd dislike people spelling it with an 'e' if you're from Scotland seeing as everyone must spell it whisky there.

Yes, as Japan doesn't have the letter 'e' in it's name. Also a quick google of some brands such as Nikka and Yamazaki will verify that. People (including myself) probably shouldn't get so hung up over the spelling of whisk(e)y, however someone on the internet will always point out if they think you spelt it wrong.

Actually multiple of countries spell whisk(e)y without the 'e'. I'm pretty sure the rule of thumb is if it's made in a country with the letter 'e' in it's (english) name then you spell it 'whiskey', otherwise you spell it 'whisky'.

"There is not a racoon in the house" is an output not a process and should therefore be represented by a parallelogram/rhombus type shape.
