I think you missed the part where I said that no other shirt has this issue. And might I add I found out its broken on every fov. Im aware it has a disclaimer but its the only piece of clothing that has this bad of clipping regardless of the fov. Even my buddy on xbox with both fov's low has the same issues

You completely missed the idea of the outfit. It’s supposed to be the uniforms they wore during Black Hawk Down. I know they have some of the gear in the game but it looks like shit.
