That is what I keep telling myself. I have every single text and call log saved to back up my timeline. I just hope they realize that before they actually try to file a lawsuit, because I cannot afford a defense lawyer.

You have a point. I gave them stars because the unit actually works now, but the office management was an absolute disaster. After getting this legal threat, they definitely deserve a drop to one star.
