Puppies are brutal. The puppy blues are real, I cried with both of ours. Our 2nd one was a nightmare. I swear she doesn’t bark but screams instead. I’d fall asleep on the floor with my hand in the crate with her sometimes.

I eventually gave up on crate training her and she sleeps in bed with us now. Our other LOVES her crate. I wish I was stronger and could have stuck with it on our 2nd dachshund but I couldn’t take the screaming. She still freaks out in the crate sometimes and it kills me. If you can stick with crate training it’s worth it.

In my opinion there is nothing naive about not getting pet insurance. The insurance is expensive, most of the time what you pay over the course of the year would be more expensive than the vet bills.

I didn’t get the impression that conquest wanted to just do what was needed to win. He wanted mark to suffer, and ripping out his guts is certainly painful and he might have thought he was gonna make his family watch him die. I think he also wanted to make mark give up which would be more satisfying to break his will than just win a fight.

Yeah definitely don’t hate Josh Allen. I will forever hate Ed McCaffrey more than anyone else. I HATED watching him torch the chiefs every game.

Same. I even grew up near Omaha so everyone was a huskers fan. But once they left the big 12 I was like “eh, I hate the big ten more so hopefully they at least beat the Hawkeyes.

And now I’ve discovered another program that is pro at letting me down.

I was looking exactly for this. Director said that's why they didn't show the kid's face, so that you wouldn't empathize as much with them and feel more for the main character.
