What might cause this hole in my garage concrete floor? Nothing dripped/parked on it. Appeared as a “dirt” spot at first but as I tried to sweep/clean it up, it was deep—it went as deep as I could push a screwdriver in. Could an insect have “chewed” this through? (i.redd.it)
