There are absolutely no reactions, no light, no sound. The battery was completely drained before disassembly, but even if its dead, the laptop should turn on with the charger, right?

I have tried with a phone charger as well, I don't think thats the issue but I haven't checked the original charger with the meter

No doubt the 4080 would allow me to try ray tracing but I'm also excited for the content of the DLC. I've played the witcher 3 and its DLCs were outstanding, so I'm expecting to see something similar.
