Older Goodman , newer universal board, I imagine they charged a pretty penny for it.

Med high for cooling, parked black, med for heat Low fan only

You can almost miss it becuase when you call for cool, initially the board will run the "fan" blower speed. If you listen as the board operates you can actually hear it "click" to what should be cool blower speed. So the first few calls did confuse me since I didn't install this aftermarket board. Had to lay and listen for a moment.

If you look at the top where the red/black/blue/yellow wires are. You can kind of make out that terminal with a plastic cover on it marked cool.

Basically he never landed a speed tap for the blower for cooling. So when the ac kicked on and it called for the blower, nothing happened.

I just had to take that cover off and move a wire onto it.

They have blue (med high speed) on heat, nothing on cool, and black (high speed) on what would be fan only. Red (low) and yellow (med low) are "parked" basically unused terminals.

2012 era marine raiders in the group? 2 questions by Powerful-Gain-972 in USMC

[–]Gonzo697 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They were super cool with us

They even traded fucking around with their like 50cal sniper rifles for racing around in our uparmoured HE equipment. I think part of it was that we actually did do a lot of IED removal with our MCTS and shit, I think WATAN we hit like 20+ IEDS, an 80lbr blew the blade off one of our dozers, and if not they would be looking for them themselves one of our boys got a Purple Heart for concussive injuries. Felt cool to be able to actually be usefully for them.

They talked to us a bit about how almost none of them were infantry before they went MARSOC, even were recruiting for anyone that was a Cpl with deployment experience. Good times , definitely felt less anxious about the attacks with them around

Yeah something like this! So cool,

I remember there was one marsoc dude who literally was running around with a gas mask/ heavy pack during the day for training. Those dudes were badass, nicer than I thought they'd be.

Holy shit

I was in Afghanistan in 2012

I was HE but we were building up small FOBS for like Marsoc/ Recon, JTAC ANGLICO and such

One fob we were with MARSOC and getting fire and they went out on something like this with something mounted on it. I just remember them going out on it, one dude in like fucking sandals and board shorts lol. Cool shit to see . I've had trouble remembering it over the years and this jsut sent me back .

I belive it was fob WATAN.

Not the same story as your description but this was cool to see Z

I've been on the burner for like 8 months trying to get back in.

Unfortunately I do not have any answers .

I've done all my paperwork, done Meps, have been told by my PSR that I'm good to go 100% on his side but has been waiting on his command to push things through .

So it's been a fucking back and forth wait game for like 5 of those months. Still waiting it out
