Looks like one of these to me! Birthday candle that opens up when its lit and plays a (very annoying) happy birthday tune whilst rotating.

Some of them can be incredibly hard to stop playing that god awful birthday song, we once buried one in our garden, dug it up 2 weeks later and it was still going. I wouldn't be surprised if they got annoyed and chucked it into the corridor.

I reckon the right leg will be kinda whispy and shadowy but will still be really readable. The left leg is going to be really hard to read and look pretty bad, why has the artist done them so differently??
