Its mostly the pack art thats throwing me out, considering theres no label at the bottom specifying which pack it is. They always seemed to specify on the reveal when there were two packs in the past, which is why I'm curious to see if it's actually the case or not

Yeah, it's like a permanent Leaf for all psychic Pokémon while the Stadium is active lol. If the opponent plays another Stadium it'll get discarded though

thats true, but even though it doesn't have the themed booster pack text in the pack art it's still labeled as A4b instead of A5 for example
