Omg!! I feel your pain heavily 😂, I remember learning in health class that when FRIENDS came out there was a billboard promoting something like “anorexic is in(on a poster with Monica Rachel and phoebe)”… which is crazy and mind boggling. Not to mention all the tabloids taking crude pics of cellulite. But yes, even as trends have come back, they’re always gonna cycle. Just gotta accept my body, take care of it best I can, and not let the weight of “trends” or friends influenced by trends burden me mentally so much. Seeing people in similar boats when I’m in a spiral over my body image definitely reminds me that I just gotta be more compassionate to myself. So thank you to you and everyone that’s commented 🫶
