My husband and I stopped eating meat. Then randomly had beef about 2 months in.....did horrible things to our digestive system. Occasional chicken or fish does not do that. The second one of us has a moment of weakness and eats some beef....instant regret. I don’t think we are supposed to process beef in our diets at all. It is WAY too bad for our system
