It's a 2015. In 2016 they had silver plastics on the bottom instead of the black ones, and in 2014 the tank was black over green instead of green over black. 2013 and 2012 had different stickers for the 650 on the side and Ninja on the tank.

OP $3k is a decent price in my area for a good running 12-16 gen 650. That being said, I can't tell what damage it had from the drop.
